Coach @rwatsonc making me work hard for my fries and half spring chicken skin ???? this was the 5th workout (30 sec with rest x 7 sets (last 2 sets 1 leg laffdieme)) warm up squats and final abs workout. I started at 5pm and finished my workout at 7:47
