雖然無緣吃到日本的，但我覺得這裡的鮮奶油表現非常好，入口之後沒有濃厚的油膩感，反而是類似奶泡一般的入口即化，味道香醇清爽，的確如傳說中所說的帶有「空氣感」，好吃！
