來到Pierre Hermé，就算你其他什麼都不吃，連水都不飲，也必定、必定、必定要吃這個傳說中的玫瑰馬卡龍。
馬卡龍外表微脆、餅芯鬆軟、濕潤，略帶酸甜，有顏值又有內涵！但這些是基本功啦，如果這家店連自己的招牌馬卡龍都整衰，就趴街啦。
在馬卡龍的鬆脆過後，正式進入玫瑰奶油的香氣範圍，以及紅桑子的鮮酸和荔枝果肉的清甜。整個配搭清麗脫俗，完全沒出現那些令人恐慌的死甜。我還是這下才知道荔枝的香氣和玫瑰有這麼夾，啊～一整個初戀的感覺～
