写真を見てわかるように
とんでもなく大きい（4キロ）です(°▽°)！
その大きさに比例するように身の厚みや、えんがわが大きく、
とても食べ応えがありますよ(^^)

1日寝かせて熟成させましたので
今日夜からお好みの調理方法でご提供します！
カルパッチョでも、炭火焼きでも、パスタでも
何しても美味しこと間違いなし‼︎
