阿寺渓谷のハイキングは、コンクリートの車道を歩くスタイルだから軽装でも大丈夫。片道2時間くらいだから全然疲れないんやけど、山道と違って日陰が少ないから午前中がおすすめ。

ところどころ川辺に下りれるところがあるから川遊びもできる。ビーサン必須。うちらは川遊びが過ぎて、往復合わせて6時間くらい滞在したかな。行動食必須。
