<新じゃがで肉じゃが。> いただきものの新じゃがを使って肉じゃがを作りました。朝食にお出ししております。いつものように、なくなり次第、終了です。
無農薬の新じゃがなためか、皮がきれいでは無かったので、皮をむいて使っております。農薬を使わないと皮がうまくできないのかもしれません。
香ばしく柔らかで、ほくほくの食感を味わえます。またビタミンCが豊富で夏の暑さを乗り切るのに大きな味方になってくれる一皿です。
