<なす農家さんにお邪魔しました。> 昨日は「はなまき朝ごはんプロジェクト」の活動で、なすをつくっている農家さんの畑にお邪魔しました。なすをつくり始めて10年くらいの若手農家の方です。
お話を伺ったのは、昨年に引き続き2回目となります。県外で働いていたのですが、実家の農家に戻り就農された方です。なす栽培のやり方など仕事についての他、お子様のことなどご家族についてもお話を伺いました。
こちらのなすは皮が薄く、皮ごと食べることができ、とても美味しいです。早く育つほど皮の薄い状態で収穫できるそうです。それには
