來台南, 就是要嚐小吃
「許家肉圓、芋粿」
說到台南芋粿
是很值得一嚐的美食
記得小時候...不, 把我老婆時
(以前稱把咩, 現在叫撩妹)
他曾經帶我去安平吃過芋粿
那個口感真的超讚????
將芋頭刨絲上頭鋪上肉燥
入蒸籠蒸熟就可上桌
有別於一般芋粿
基本吃到的都像蘿蔔糕做法
但台南都是這種古法製作
只是安平那家比較特別
但後來當地重劃後
就在也找不到那家芋粿????
今天提起芋粿
找到這家肉圓店也賣
雖然跟安平的有點類似
口感有點接近, 是一種懷舊的味道????
