Have you tried Salmorejo? A slightly thicker version of Gazpacho, with a tomato, bread and garlic base, sherry vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, blended and topped with boiled egg and iberian jam. Never something so simple tasted soo good!!❤️ #comfortfood
