목공도구를 사용하는 아내를 보고 식자재를 예리하게 컷팅할 수 있는 조리도구를 개발하게 된 남편은 포토에징이라는 마이크로플레인만의 기술력을 개발하였고, 현재까지 프로셰프부터 가정주부까지 많은 사람들의 손에 쥐어지게 되었습니다.
