京都の伏見は日本で2番目にお酒を生産している町です???? 伏見はその昔「伏水」と呼ばれていたように、良質で豊富な湧き水に恵まれていました。

酒作りの起源は弥生時代から始まり、豊臣秀吉が伏見城を築城した際に急激に発展したと言われています
