あまりの暑さに体の中を冷やしたくてアイスティー。
夏でもいつでも、喉がひゅっとなるのが苦手で暖かいものばかり飲んでいます。
流石に今年の暑さには
わたしの喉もひゅっとならずに
冷たいものを大歓待。
このあとは常温のお水で水分補給。
日差しは気持ちいいけど、
熱気がまとわりついて真顔になりがちなので、
要所要所で顔のリセットを心がけておりまふ！
