Some weeks ago, I cycled, hiked and climbed from the lowest to the highest point of Switzerland and flew back down to the valley with my paraglider. From Lago Maggiore (195 masl) to the Dufourspitze (4634 masl) and down to Zermatt. I covered around 112km
