台風が過ぎてまた暑さが戻ってきたので、涼しげなスイーツフォトで✋

エンゼル型で作った、下の層がババロアで、上の層がルビーとホワイトの2種のグレープフルーツのゼリーのひんやりスイーツ。

実はこれかなり昔に撮った写真。仕事の撮影用に作ったものでした。
なかなかエンゼル型で作ろうと思わないのだけど、久々に見たら懐かしくなってまた作ってみようかなと思ったのでした????
