ダークマターIPA (うちゅうブルーイング) ????????
今年のホップ収穫キャンプイベントにて、新作のIPA。栽培したカスケードホップも入ってるみたいでフレッシュな香り。ボディはミュンヘン、デキストリンでしっかり重さもある感じ。ホップはCTZ、シムコー、チヌーク、デナリ、エクノット、カスケード。酵母はアメリカンエール。醸造場も去年参加した時は作り途中でしたが、かっこよく仕上がってました。
