(Sol)Torkade tomater är så enkelt att göra själv. Skiva tomater i 3-5 mm tjocka skivor och lägg på en plåt, strö lite salt över och sätt in i ugnen på 100 grader. Vädra ut fukten ofta. Tomaterna är klara efter ett par timmar när de inte längre är vattniga
