【黑胡椒炒蟹】香辣惹味,卻不失蟹肉鮮味,只要用冰水浸到大蟹暈陀陀,就不怕蟹鉗無情,跟著影片劏,其實很容易,調味亦簡單,用蘇太金牌黑椒醬,鹽糖生抽都不用加,黑胡椒夠香,不是死辣,加點彩椒和泰國青胡椒,點綴一下,就有色香味俱全的黑椒蟹吃了!
材料(4人份):
泥蟹 2隻 (約1kg)
紅綠長辣椒 (切片) 各1
泰式青胡椒 3條
彩椒 300克 (切塊)
洋蔥 1隻(切塊)
調味料:
蘇太金牌黑椒醬 1湯匙
花雕酒 3湯匙
製法:
1) 洗刷和劏好蟹件
2) 炒鑊預熱,中火下油略炒洋蔥
