高知って生姜の生産量が日本一で、私が住んでいる町にもそこらじゅうが生姜の畑なので、冷凍庫にも、常温にも一人暮らしとは思えないほどの生姜があるのです。

ちょっとしおしおになってしまった生姜を使うべく大量の生姜を入れて。笑

大量の生姜に砂糖は入れないで、みりん、醤油、酒の味付けもいいかも。
