鶴見区民文化センターサルビアホールにて【ダンサーの為の解剖学】講義をして来ました。 ここでは、歌、ピアノ、楽器演奏、落語、ワークショップが市民の為に毎日催されています。 今回はダンサーが知っておくべき基礎解剖、テーピング講座を担当。 参加して下さった皆様ありがとございました。 時間配分が上手くいかず、実技に重点を置きましたら《あっ》というまの二時間でした。 もっと知って欲しいこと、身体の使い方、各ダンスによるストレッチ、オススメの筋トレ等、伝えきれないこと多々ありました。次回機会があればチャレンジさせて
