話說在韓國一向也有join fitness center (雖然去嘅次數極少????)，不過好中意佢地做gym的文化真係好流行好普遍，我樓下的那一間開 06:00-24:00, 有的更開24小時~ .
價錢不貴氣氛好好男男女女都有，沒有職員不斷sell 你join package or join PT, 1/3/6/12個月咁join 都得，若果1年到的package 每個月圍番只是 HKD150～ .
