Easiest Red Roasted Chickpeas!
I love serving these with wine and cheese. Here’s the recipe:
2 cans of chickpeas, rinsed and patted dry (take your time!)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
