We made a Beer Syrup! And then we shook it up with an IPA Whisky, lemon juice and egg white. It was really really good and probably one of the most perfectly balanced cocktails we’ve done. Kiwis Aussies, we reckon this Whisky IPA Sour is the perfect drin
