Je l’attendais depuis un moment ce flan ! Eh bien à l’image de celui de Yann Menguy, mon attente fut à la hauteur de mes espérances. Le feuilletage est parfait même si je le préfère encore plus crémeux, c'est un vrai flan parisien bien vanillé. ????????
