• SORCIÈRE • J’ai voulu faire des streghe (sorcières) parfumés aux épices. C’est une sorte de crackers originaires du nord de l’Italie, du côté de Bologne. J’ai donc voulu faire une toute petite fournée de streghe pour ne pas jeter un reliquat de levain.
