【材料】４人分
しいたけ ８枚

（合わせみそ）
作りやすい分量
味噌 ６０ｇ
ネギみじん切り ２０ｇ
ニンニクすりおろし 5ｇ
生姜すりおろし 5ｇ
ごま油 小さじ２

【作り方】
① しいたけは軸を切り取っておく。

② ボウルに合わせ味噌の材料を混ぜ合わせる。

③軸を取ったしいたけの傘の中に詰めてグリルでこ
