純鶏Soba 煌〜Kira〜@青砥で純鶏らーめん。
青砥の駅前でひと際目立つラベンダー色の外観が目印。ご夫婦らしきシュッとした男女ペアで切り盛り。
スープは鶏ガラやモミジに丸鶏も使って炊いているという鶏白湯。ぽってりした口当たりの中に旨味がふんだんに詰まったラグジュアリー感あふれるもの。鶏油由来と思われるバターのようなコクや野菜の甘みも感じられ滋養もありそう。
カネジン製の中細ストレート麺は若干のザラつきを感じる面白いタッチ。食感もモチモチともシコシコとも違う不思議な感じ。
