10月・11月は、世界に誇る蒸し製の「煎茶」です。
静岡県は、煎茶の生産量が全国で最も多く、様々な品種での煎茶作りにも力が入れられています。
各月「やぶきた」とは異なる特色ある品種の煎茶をおすすめのお茶のいれ方とともにご紹介します。 ※急須で丁寧にお茶をいれるため、お茶の提供までにお待ちいただくことがございますので、ご了承ください。 ～紹介するお茶～
