Possibly the best ????????I've ever had. At @sabor_ldn, Crispy Pig's Ears are served with quince mayonnaise and a dusting of cayenne pepper. It's absolutely moreish with a good balance of chewy cartilage to flavorsome fats. Dream tapas dish to be enjoyed
