【ぶどうのコンポートゼリーとヨーグルトムースの二層仕立て】
紫系のぶどうの皮を剥いて、剥いた皮ごとコンポートにして、そのシロップをゼリーに。そしてその上にさっぱりとしたヨーグルトムースを加えて二層にしてます。コンポートは皮ごと煮るのがポイント????

コンポートのシロップをそのままゼリーにしてるのですが、この紫色はぶどうの皮から抽出したもの。着色料は一切使用していません。天然の色ですよ！

食べられるお花のエディブルフラワーも一緒に添えるとグッとオシャレになりました????
