睽違兩週的重訓課程（一週我請假、一週教練請假），結果今天換運動好夥伴請假，變成教練跟我一對一上課，只有一個「累」字可以形容????
教練：「妳這兩週有自己運動嗎？」
我：「沒有欸！」
教練：「好喔，今天剛好 @sansanlin_ipure 沒來，妳就可以多做一些器材，更有運動效果。」
