后里猴伯仔這家的拉仔麵跟其他家不同，使用麵條比較不油膩，但濕潤偏軟，雖然添加店家特製的沾醬後會比較入味好吃，但還是不是我們喜歡的口感，或許這就是在地人熟悉的味道。
