煮物にぴったり！
北上の名産「二子の里いも」。 今年も購入できました。
通常の里いもより強い粘り気があり、口に入れると舌の上でとろけます。
新鮮野菜といっしょに煮込んだ「芋の子汁」にしてお出しする予定です。
数はおよそ500人前。10月下旬から11月下旬でおしまいになる予定です。
