スペインの特定の地域で、
シャンパンと同じ製法で造られた、
発泡性のお酒のこと。

同じ作り方とは言え、
地域が変われば、葡萄も変わります。
どんな風に違うのか、、
色々なワインを味わい記憶していくと、
飲み比べの楽しみが増えそうです♪

寒い季節はお鍋やおでんにチーズフォンデュ、
温かいお料理にシュワシュワ‼︎
合わせたいですね〜(^^)
