Throwback Thursday with another awesome WWII piece! This is a nice example of an OSS 'Drop Knife' which were made from surplus US M-1873 Trapdoor rifle bayonets. They were meant to be dropped behind enemy lines to arm resistance fighters. Uncle Sam said:
