A nice piquant sauce for tonight’s fish dinner. Sautéed onion garlic, plus olives and capers and my roasted sweet sour peppers. Wasn’t planning to make this at all but I found beautiful fresh skate wings (swipe) and I could not resist. . . #skatewings #
