<11/7 第6回 台温泉美人講座、無事終えることができました。> 去る11月7日、台温泉の３つの施設を会場に「台温泉で美人になろう」を合言葉に３つの講座を行いました。
平成25年から数えて第6回目となります。行う講座は毎年３種類。食、運動、頭を使うもの。これを変えず、その道の講師の方をお招きし、行ってきました。
食は豆腐を使ったヘルシーイタリアン料理教室。地元の黒川食品さんのお豆腐を使い、時短、簡単、低カロリーな料理を参加者の皆さんと学びました。
