中華そば いまい
一時メニューから消えていた、つけそばを初めていただきました^_^
つけそば得盛 800円（税込）
麺は100%国産小麦と全粒粉のハーフハーフ（結局2人前ですね）
鶏醤油のあったかつけだれで…
まずはそのままでつけだれはラーメンと同じ味^_^
次に辛子をちょい足しで少しパンチを増します。
味変最後は付属の黒酢を足すと冷やし中華に近い感じで頂けます。
（これが結構いけました（笑）） 麺も仕上げに少し油で和えているのか、ざるそばの様に固
