満月とか新月とかの月のサイクルを大事にするようになって、 そして今自分のサイクルとも今すごく親密な付き合いをしていて、 生理初日とか2日目はできるだけ予定を入れずに家で過ごそうとか その時の半分つながってるような状態を利用して瞑想したりManifestationしたりとか 自分の中のサイクルと、月のサイクルと、それぞれフェーズがあって どちらも利用しているんだけど それだけで大分魔女的 自然の流れを感じて 自分の中の自然を感じて そのパワーを発見する
