キャナルのラーメンスタジアムで、17周年祭を開催✨

本日11/23〜12/9の期間中、
全8店舗からスペシャルラーメンが登場します。
昨日、試食会に伺ってきました♪
・
まずは「拉麺 久留米 本田商店」さんの
ホンダラーメン0号『淡麗』
クリアとんこつ「源（GEN）」・
・
国産豚をじっくり弱火で炊いたというスープが
美しく澄んでおります。
元ダレに節系や昆布の旨味を加えているそうで、
