今日のおやつはバニラたっぷりで大きく焼いた夢のあるプリン。実家にいる頃はよくキャセロール型で作っていましたが、近頃大きく焼く時はデコ型で。硬すぎず柔らか過ぎず、ほんのり洋酒が香るお気に入りの配合✨
業務用オーブンだと設定を変えれば問題無く出来ると思うのですが、プリンの焼き方もスフレチーズケーキに通じるものがあり、『家庭用オーブンを制す者、家庭でのお菓子作りを制す』だな！と度々思う現在
