recipe no.009 FONIA TEA prototype 〜SOUR MASALA〜
和紅茶と、5種のスパイスを発酵させたSAKEが誕生しました。モチーフは、上質茶葉によるストレート“Chai”。三軒茶屋の自然乳酸菌も関与し、食を引き立てる《酸香辛》が特徴のteaシリーズ3作目となりました。
