香港。食記// 宮崎和牛西冷扒配龍蝦、澳洲和牛肉眼扒、火焰烤雞配手抓餅、紅酒燴羊膝、加洲鱈魚柳......這些都是艾朗酒Forte聖誕海陸半自助餐的主菜。當中,和牛肉眼扒和火焰烤雞是我最推薦的 - 肉眼扒有牛肉的嫩度,口感軟腍,雖然不及西冷扒有肉味,但以香口取勝。而服務人員把酒淋些烤雞上造出熊熊火焰,火焰烤雞夠吸睛之外味道一流,皮脆嫩滑的雞肉吃得我們多滋味。這個聖誕不妨點個火焰烤雞代替火雞吧!
