ジビエ料理をひたすら食べた1年でした。笑
ジビエって言うと、臭いんじゃない？硬いんじゃない？と言われるのが悲しくて、イメージ払拭のために投稿してみました。
様々な料理を作っていくうちに、どんどんジビエ料理が好きに???????? 秋には生活拠点が高知→関東になり、料理があまりできなくてウズウズ????
来年は、 #ジビエ料理の日々 が投稿がほとんどなくなるので、どうしよっかなぁ…
