Today’s 24 week pregnancy workout:
1️⃣ 20 minute warm up
2️⃣ 5 x (45 sec/1:15 min, 30 sec/1:30 min, 15 sec/1:45 min)
3️⃣ Cool down until the end
The 45/30/15 second intervals were each done slightly faster. I was around
