高知から引っ越してビジエ料理から遠ざかってしまったけど、
やっぱり料理は楽しい。
餃子の皮から手作りしてみたら、モチモチで美味しくて、
もう市販の皮には戻れません！っと言ってみるものの、
手間だから市販のも使う。w
やっぱり手間暇かけると美味しいよね。
