山と紅茶。
高尾山は登るにも寒すぎず、暑すぎず、今はちょうど良い季節。
今回は小仏城山でランチ。友人が食事を作ってくれました。楽しいし、さらに美味しい！ありがとう♪
外で飲む紅茶は風や光、様々な音など、五感に響く情報がたくさんあるので、風味の感じ方が変わります。香りのはっきりしたものがおすすめ。
今回はたくさん歩くので、セレブレーションを少し甘くして持って行きました。
