こねこねしてベーグル作ってみました。
餃子の皮を作ったときにあまった強力粉と最後にいつ使ったか分からないドライイーストを使って。笑
材料をこねて、形成して、茹でて、焼いてと思ったより簡単。
細かい作業が多い餃子の皮の方が難易度が高い気がする。
焼きたてはふわふわ。
冷めてくるともっちり。
クリームチーズとブルーベリーをつけていただくと、幸せ????
