PHS was host site to MSTCA EMASS D3 relays today. Great athletic event run by our TF coaching staff @TitansTC in conjunction with MSTCA.
Special thanks to head coaches Rooney Zopatti for their organization passion/drive to bring this event to Pembroke.

Black beans, anyone? I've always thought that the best way of getting kids to try a variety of food is by modeling good habits, and eating together. I'm thrilled my daughter loves eating black beans, but I do wish she wouldn't always steal mine ??????????
