お隣から頂いた、薔薇????の苗
春も綺麗に咲きました。
忙し過ぎて、毎日疲れが取れません。
最近、おばさん専用のカーブスに週3回言っていますが、インナーマッスルがない状態でやっても、効果がないばかりか、疲れが溜まるそうです。
ピラティスに替えようかな。
今同時に、量子場調整というのもやっていて、内のスタッフの吉原亜弥さんが、スカイプで遠隔操作してくれてます。

月曜断食も始めました。
2回で2キロ痩せました。
