タイ3日目はサコンナコンのオーガニック農園で農家のお母さんと一緒に畑を散策しながらお料理に使う材料を少しずつ収穫して、世界のキッチンからみたいなところでお料理体験。
フレッシュなバタフライピーやレモングラスなどのハーブ、種類の違う唐辛子や茎の長い生姜など、存在は知っていても実際に生えているところはみたことのないものばかり。もぎたての香りを感じながら高まる気持ちを抑えきれませんでした。豊かな食文化の国はすべてが刺激的で感動的です。
